is Atlanta Cleaning Association Insured and Bonded?
Yes, and in addition to being bonded and insured our cleaners have all passed a detailed national background check. We don’t hire anyone we wouldn’t trust to clean our own home.
What is your 100% Satisfaction Guarantee?
ACA prides ourselves on attention to detail, prior to leaving our cleaner will do a walkthrough of the property with you to make sure we did not miss anything. We will happily go over anything that needs additional attention.
If the walkthrough was unable to be performed and the cleaner has already left and you’re not completely satisfied with your cleaning let us know that day and we will:
1. Come back to your home and re-clean to your complete satisfaction.
2. Give you a partial credit toward your next cleaning.
3. Give you a partial refundÂ
You must contact Atlanta Cleaning Association 404.900.900.9050 the same day of receiving your service and one of the above steps must be followed.

What is included in a Standard Cleaning
Standard Clean – Disinfect and dust all surfaces, including outside of all appliances (inside microwave) sinks, showers, tubs + sweep and mop/vacuum all floors.
ACA offers add-on services such as Windows and Blinds, inside Refrigerator and inside the Oven. Add-ons can be selected on the booking form when you select type of service.
What is in a Deep Cleaning?
Standard Clean – Disinfect and dust all surfaces, including outside of appliances (inside microwave) and kitchen + bathrooms – shower, tub, sink, sweep/mop/vacuum all floors,Â
Deep Clean – Everything included in Standard Clean plus dusting ceiling corners, vents, cleaning ceiling fans, trim baseboards, door/window frames.Intended for jobs that require scrubbing and or more attention. Does not include debris removal

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?
ACA provides all of the cleaning supplies, however we can use your products if you would prefer; just let us know and we’ll update the notes on your account.
Is there a cancelation fee?
ACA does not have contracts, but we require 25% deposits. You forfeit your deposit if you cancel less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment or if cleaners arrive at property and can’t gain access. However you can reschedule service without penalty up to 12 hours before scheduled service.Â
